TMZ reports that Gloria will be holding a news conference today to share some "particularly strong words for Hilary Swank."
Conviction opens Friday and tells the story of Kenneth Waters, who was convicted of murdering Katharina Brow in 1980.
After serving 18 years, Waters was released from prison when DNA showed blood samples used to convict him were not a match. In the film, Hilary, who is also the Executive Producer of the film, plays Waters' sister who fought to free him.

However, according to Gloria, Hilary and the film never contact the children of Brow.
"The murder victim's children feel that no proper respect or compassion has been shown by Ms. Swank for the murder victim and her family," she said.
