If you miss Spring Break already, or never got the chance to do it up right (raising my hand here!), make sure you catch tonight and next week’s episode of Greek.
Kappa Tau president Cappie is getting his pledges ready for fun in the sun by hooking them up with (im)proper identification.
"He wants to get all his pledges who are obviously not 21 fake IDs so they can get into all the bars,” says Scott Michael Foster, who plays Cappie. “But they basically just recycle old Kapp Tau members’ IDs, and the sad thing is they don’t look like anybody, the heights are all wrong."
Like any assignment, geek-at-heart Rusty studies his faker inside and out. "The person on the ID turns out to be a somewhat famous local celebrity," Scott shares. "Rusty has to deal with that and it’s really funny." (Couldn’t Rusty just gotten Dale to whip up a more authentic fake ID? They are engineering students!)
For next week’s season finale, the Greeks do up Sprink Break on Myrtle Beach. But Scott reveals the cast really hit up Seal Beach, Calif., to shoot the beach party scenes. “It was nice to get out for a couple of days in the sun, because we normally shoot in a basement,” he laughs.
To recreate the pandomonuim that is SB, Greek hired 300 wily extras. “We had a sea of people come and it was just bizarre,” Scott says.
Hey, next time call a sister and make it 301. I could use some fun in the sun myself!
Greek airs Monday, June 2 at 8 p.m. on ABC Family. Catch the season finale on Monday, June 9 at 8 p.m.
