Awkward.'s season premiere on April 15 is fast approaching and those crazy kids at Palos Hills High will be entering their senior year (kids, they grow up so fast). OK! flagged down actress Greer Grammer at the 2014 Kids Choice Awards to find out what we can expect from what will surely be an insane fourth season. From what she's telling us, we won't be disappointed.

OK!: Let’s talk about the upcoming season of Awkward.

Greer Grammer: It’s senior year—fourth season. Class rankings come out to see where you’re at and Lissa is surprisingly higher than I expected. So that’s exciting. Lissa adopts a baby brother, which is awesome. Then you kind of get to see Jenna and Matty. You get to see everyone dealing with college because now we’re doing college applications and SAT scores and all of that fun stuff. We just recently screened the episode and I watched it with two of my friends from college, actually, and I was like, "Thank God I’m not having to go through that again because it’s hell."

OK!: What was the most stressful part for you personally?

GG: If I was going to get in or not, but it takes so long. You have to write so many papers—what are you good at, what interests you. And you write the same things over and over again but you have to differentiate it. And with the SATs, I’m not a test taker, so I hated the SATs.

OK!: If you could give advice to a high school kid who is going through it now, what would you tell them?

GG: Get it done early. I waited for my application to USC, I did it the day it was postmarked. It said it had to be postmarked by January 11 or whatever and I worked into the post office on January 11. Try to get it done earlier and not stress. I’m a procrastinator but don’t procrastinate on this because your life is so much better when it’s done.

OK!: What’s your favorite storyline coming up?

GG: Probably Sadie and Lissa’s battle for cheer captain. It’s fun. I also really like Tamara and Jake’s storyline this season. It’s really funny.

Whose storyline are you looking forward to most on this season of Awkward.? Tell us in the comments or tweet @OKMagazine.
