Gwen was wearing baggy clothes once again and carrying a big bag in front of her tummy as she tries to keep her pregnancy with baby number three hidden!

“Gwen is having a really rough time this pregnancy,” an insider tells OK!. “She had all-day morning sickness for a while with Zuma, but shes sicker this go-round and has been feeling exhausted and dizzy.”
