After Jon Gosselin saw a photo of his girlfriend Hailey Glassman kissing "Celebrity Boxing" promoter Damon Feldman he allegedly slammed Hailey against the wall of their Manhattan apartment, a new report claims.
"That picture started the whole thing, a picture of her kissing another man," a source tells the NY Post.
The source added that earlier Hailey had "found out he was cheating on her. She told him it was over."
Hailey filed a harassment complaint with the NYPD on Dec. 20 saying "she was pushed against a wall" and was verbally abused by Jon. The charge is under investigation by police.
Hailey's lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, said, "The document speaks for itself."
"Jon is a lover, not a fighter," Mark Heller, Jon's lawyer fired back. "He's been rumored to steal a kiss here and there, but he has never been accused of landing a sucker punch."
