Shortly after it was revealed that Jon Gosselin's on-off-on-off gal-pal Hailey Glassman was being questioned with regard to the Christmas burglary of his NYC apartment, a lawyer for Glassman has come out swinging in her defense, claiming that his client is being set up for the crime.
“It looks like she’s being framed,” Anand Ahuja told GossipCop.com. “My client didn’t take anything away that she was legally not entitled to take from there.”

Hailey had recently moved out of the Manhattan apartment she and Jon had shared after he vacated the Reading, Pa., home where his ex-wife Kate still lives with their eight children. It has been reported that her name was signed on a note left at this weekend's crime scene.
