After one too many close calls, Halle Berry isn't taking any chances. The Oscar winner was granted a restraining order which means her trespassor, Richard Franco, must stay at least 100 yards away from the star, her house, her daughter, car and workplace.

As reported by RadarOnline, the perp is a 5'9" 27 year-old male and Halle has "no desire to have any contact with him." Richard was arrested on Monday night after he jumped the back wall of her Hollywood Hills home. To make matters worse, he has a criminal history of violence, drug and theft.

In her declaration of the first time he approached her home, Halle wrote, “I looked out the glass door leading to my enclosed and gated back yard and was shocked to see a complete stranger, carrying something in his hands and approaching us."

Talk about frightening! The very next night, the trespassor stood merely inches away from the star. Halle continued, “As I opened my glass kitchen door and closed it behind me, all of a sudden I sensed someone behind me and turned to see the same intruder standing less than a foot behind me starring at me through my glass kitchen door.”
