Things may be heating up in the court house for Halle Berry and her ex Gabriel Aubry over custody of their daughter Nahla.

After Gabriel reportedly filed for custody of Nahla, Halle is now said to be firing back!
Halle's rep tells TMZ, "Halle has serious concerns for her daughter's well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her."

According to TMZ, Halle will be going to court to protect her two-year-old daughter.

The Oscar-winner's rep says the actress has canceled production for an upcoming film in New York this week so she can take care of the matter in court with Gabriel.
