Darren Le Gallo was being quite the helpful and caring fiancé on Monday to a very pregnant Amy Adams. The expecting couple went to a medical building together and then enjoyed lunch together at Mani's Bakery. Darren tried to help Amy get comfortable by sweetly rubbing her back as they walked to each location!

Amy looked a little uncomfortable as she continues to get closer to her due date, but seemed to be in good spirits as she shared some smiles with the camera.
