Sure, she's indestructable on Heroes, but does Hayden Panettiere have the singing and dancing super powers needed to land herself a part in the upcoming remake of Footloose?
According to report on Eonline.com, the teen TV star has thrown her name into the hat of hopefuls by auditioning for a part in the film — an update of the 1980s classic that made Kevin Bacon a household name and which was turned into a Broadway hit in recent years.

The story claims that Hayden recently showed off her vocal talents for the producers. "They were really impressed," E! quotes a source as saying. "No one realized what a good singer she is."
