Hayden Panettiere's father Alan has been charged with misdemeanor battery, after allegedly hitting is wife Lesley in the face in August.
After going to a party at Eva Longoria Parker's restaurant, Beso, Alan was arrested in the early morning hours of Aug. 11 for allegedly striking Lesley with an open hand. She had refused to go to the hospital after the incident, however. Alan was then released on $50,000 bail.

His arraignment will be in October in Beverly Hills.
Hayden has a warrant for her arrest in Japan for obstruction of commerce after she and others tried to save a pod of dolphins from being massacred by fishermen in a cove.
