Hayden's Dad Pleads No Contest

Hayden Panettiere's dad, Alan, has pleaded no contest to misdemeanor battery.
TMZ is reporting that the Panettiere patriarch faced a judge in Beverly Hills on Tuesday stemming from an altercation he had with his wife back in August.
He received 24 months probation, $400 in fines and must attend 52 weeks of domestic violence counseling.
A protective order against him remains in place.
