Kris Carraway-Bowman, a spokeswoman for Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center, where Heather is staying, told OK!, "Heather is still in the recovery stages and she is still being evaluated through each stage. We do not know when she is going to be discharged," adding, "Her parents want all of Heather's fans to know she is in no danger, and they thank everyone for their prayers."
Heather's parents, Bill and Diane Locklear, said in a statement released today, "She's going to be just fine."
Heather was spotted partying with a friend at the L.A. Lakers game on Jan. 10, acting a bit crazy and drinking throughout the game. She is also dealing with her break-up from on again-off again boyfriend, Jack Wagner, with whom she recently ended her engagement.

Sadly, this isn't the first time Heather has been rushed to the hospital. In 2008, the actress entered a rehab facility for anxiety and depression after her doctor felt she was acting "suicidal."
Carraway-Bowman told Extra, "She is alert, talkative, resting. She is getting better not worse," adding that this "was not a suicide attempt."
We hope Heather gets well soon!
