Heidi Montag Leaves Controlling Husband Spencer Pratt

After a more than rocky marriage, Heidi Montag has finally split from her husband Spencer Pratt and plans to move into a Malibu home with friend Jenn Bunny, according to a new report.

"Heidi has spent so much time with Spencer and now she wants to be able to spend more time with herself and friendships," Jenn told TMZ.

The Hills reality couple, who were married alone in Mexico in 2008 and then in front of family and friends in 2009, have called off their union according to New York Daily News.

Heidi, 23, claims that Spencer was too controlling, tried to isolate her from friends, and that she now wants to pursue a career in acting.

The blonde, who just underwent over ten plastic surgeries including breast enhancement, also tried her hand at singing with the single “Body Language” in 2007.

Up next? Heidi will work on a new reality show with Jenn due to start shooting in July of this year.
