Heidi Klum and Seal took their big, beautiful family on a boat trip while on their vacation in Portofini, Italy on Thursday. While Seal took their sons, Henry and Johan, and daughter Leni Samuel on the jet skies, Heidi snapped some photos of her picture perfect family with her baby daughter, Lou Sulola.

Heidi's mother was also with them on the trip to spend time with her adorable grandchildren. It was a full family affair all day on the yacht, and everyone made their way to the shore in the evening for some shopping and dinner.

As usual, Heidi was glowing and still had her perfect, model body to flaunt. Even more beautiful was seeing how happy the couple still was. Playing with the kids, laughing and smiling with one another, and even exchanging kisses on the boat, Heidi and Seal never let their flame die!
