Hilary Duff Is "Overwhelmed" by the Response to Her and Mike Comrie's Baby News!

Hilary Duff cannot believe all the buzz her baby news has generated. The 23-year-old actress announced yesterday that she and NHL-hunk hubby Mike Comrie are expecting their first child, and gushed on Twitter about all the well wishes from fans.

"Wow! I am just overwhelmed by all of the wonderful messages everyone is sending! Thank you so much! Big hugs! Xxo" Hilary Tweeted last night, after revealing her baby news.

The happy couple celebrated their one-year anniversary yesterday and shared an announcement on their website.

Along with wedding photos, the announcement revealed: "We also want to share the exciting news that…… BABY MAKES THREE!!!

Hilary recently told Access Hollywood's Billy Bush that she and Mike, 30, were enjoying married life but weren't in a rush to start a family.

“We talk about it. Yes, we’re excited to do that, but I think I want to work a little more. I’m tossing around the idea of making another record,” she shared. “We want it, and we’re excited for it but think it can wait a while longer… He is supportive of me. We both are excited to do that, but he knows I’m still young.”
