The new mom, who gave birth to her first child two weeks ago, Tweeted a photo of Luca's tiny toes, writing, "My favorite little feet." So cute!

And believe it or not, motherhood hasn't slowed this girl down at all. Hilary was seen out and about at a hair salon in Los Angeles, Calif., on March 29 and then on Saturday, she went to the gym for the first time post-pregnancy!
