Hilary Duff looked like she was trying to keep her head down and stay under the radar in Santa Monica, Calif. on Thursday. One problem with that plan? First of all, she's famous. Second, leopard-print stretch pants and in Christian Louboutin heels aren't really a low-key, blending in kind of look.
Next time, maybe Hilary could go the Ke$ha route perhaps, and wear a shark mask. Or even opt for some flats, for that matter.
