Holly Madison Keeps Her Eye on the Pie

Pepperoni, mushrooms and onions, oh my! Despite her svelte figure, Holly Madison has pizza on the brain. The entrepreneurial star of Holly's World wants to open a restaurant in Las Vegas featuring one of her guilty pleasures: Pizza.

Holly told E! Online that she's "sort of a pizza connoisseur." She explains, "There are so many great restaurants, but I think we can use more pizza." Although she has her eye on the prize, she doesn't want to necessarily replicate Lombardi's, her favorite pizza place in NYC. "I love that place," she dishes. "Their white pizza? I'm obsessed."

Sounds like even if she wanted to make her own version of Lombardi's pizza, the water in Las Vegas would make that impossible anyway. She adds, "I heard because of the public water tastes good in New York, the sauce will never be able to be replicated anywhere else."
