Holly Madison is pregnant, the reality starlet revealed today. Holly and boyfriend of 9 months, Pasquale Rotella, are expecting their first child this spring.
The former Playboy Playmate has never made any secret about wanting a family, even alluding to the desire back when she was Hugh Hefner's main squeeze for five years as documented on the E! series, The Girls Next Door.
She even quit her long-running Las Vegas burlesque show, Peepshow, earlier this summer to focus on starting a family.

“I’ve wanted kids and that’s something I’m definitely doing as soon as possible,” she told PEOPLE in June. “Definitely being with the right guy has a lot to do with it. My relationship is awesome. I’m happier than I’ve ever been in my personal life.”
