Some of the most scream-worthy celebs hit the red carpet Saturday at Spike TV'S "Scream 2010" Awards in L.A. Hollywood's hottest on-screen vampires came out for the occasion, giving blood-thirsty fans their vamp fixx. True Blood's Stephen Moyer and wife Anna Paquin cuddled close on the carpet along with The Vampire Diaries' cuties Paul Wesley and Nina Dobrev and beloved Twilight co-stars Nikki Reed and Jackson Rathbone.
