Blake Lively looked a little sluggish Monday as she was preparing to shoot scenes for her hit series Gossip Girl. The starlet braced the NYC cold in a long black down jacket and Ugg boots, leaving her trailer to embark on a day as Serena van der Woodsen.

Gossip Girl has been on hiatus from The CW but will return on March 8 with all new episodes.
