Kate Bosworth knows how to look fashionable, despite the bitter cold NYC air. The actress stopped at the Mark Hotel, located on the Upper East Side, last night to celebrate the hotel's restaurant opening. She wore a light-colored, short spring-like dress to the mark Hotel, and also rocked tights and a skirt when checking in to her own NYC hotel.
Kate glowed inside the event, and smiled as she was interviewed by reporters.
