Kim Kardashian was a busy bee in NYC today. The reality star braved the brisk NYC air for an appearance on the PIX 11 Morning Show. She also made an appearance on the Today Show with Hoda Kotb. But why does Kim look so somber? 

Maybe because she found out about the sudden and tragic death of designer Alexander McQueen.

"I just found out Alexander McQueen died!!! I'm in shock! So sad! I'm wearing one of his dresses now!  He was such a talented designer," Kim Tweeted today.
