The 20-year-old Playmate detailed her alleged assault to E! News in hopes that other women will learn from her mistakes. Claire claims it wasn't the first time she's had a domestic dispute with Marston during their two-year relationship.
So, what happened this time?
"We had just freshly moved into the apartment, and I know Marston was a little stressed out about it. Marston has been unstable throughout the whole course of our relationship…and we got into an argument about something really silly and it kind of escalated and it became violent," Claire said.

"Initially, he kicked me and I went backwards, I fell," she contended, showing a bruise on her arm. "Then he punched me and grabbed me up, and I scratched him to defend myself. It was very shocking."
And Claire said she is also shocked that neither Marston nor his father, Hugh, have reached out to her after the alleged assault.
"Nobody. No support. Nobody's empathetic or concerned," she said. "It's more like, cover it up and protect the image, you know what I'm saying?"
After Marston was released from jail on $20,000 bail, Claire reportedly obtained a protective order.
