Hugh Jackman's Wife Nixes Gay Rumors

What's not to love about Hugh Jackman? Seriously. He's won a Tony and Emmy Award, hosted the Tonys three times and now headlines his own show on Broadway. The A-list Wolverine star's wife has heard some rumors her husband is gay but she could care less about them!

Deborra-Lee Furness told The New York Post, "The line I heard was, 'Wolverine? Who would have thought?' Hugh and I don't pay much heed to the rumors." The couple has been married for 15 years and met in 1991 when she was an actress in Australia, as reported by RadarOnline. After she took him home for dinner and he did the dishes without being asked her mother simply said, "Marry him!" Deborra has taken the high road and called the rumor mill "kind of tragic that these people have nothing better to do than to gossip about people they don't know." So, how does it feel to be married to such a hottie? She explained, "It's almost like another persona: the Movie Star. Mind you, I do think he's the sexiest man alive, and I'd hope every woman would think her husband was."
