Not thrilled by the thought of pouring yourself a glass of veggies? Personally, I love juicing! So when Tia Mowry-Hardict told us she was a fan of Pressed Juicery green juices and had it every morning instead of a cup of coffee, I figured I needed to give it a shot. When I’ve attempted to make my own green juices in the past, I probably have never actually put in enough greens. The ratio of cups of strawberry Greek yogurt to spinach leaves was probably 12:1. It’ll definitely be a good way to add more veggies into my diet for hot summer months. I definitely understand why Tia feels good drinking it!
