Now that the dust has settled ever so slightly on Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' brand-new divorce settlement, experts are beginning to take a few guesses at what exactly is in the magic document that both parties agreed to and signed in record time.

While the nitty-gritty details are private, we can be all but certain that Katie was granted sole custody of Suri, just as she wished. A source told Newsday this really won't change much, as Katie was doing most of the child-rearing while Tom was shooting movies.

That would give Katie the upper hand in raising Suri. She would get to choose what school her daughter attends, but she probably can't forbid Tom from talking to Suri about Scientology. The courts will only intervene if Scientology proses a threat of imminent harm to the child, if certain rituals disturb the child, or if the religion in any way alienates her from Katie.

Meanwhile, it's anyone's guess how much Katie has been awarded in the split. While a judge can use his own discretion when annual incomes exceeds $400K, if the court uses the standard 7 percent to 10percent of the spouse's income to guage child support, Katie could walk away with anything from $20 million to $50 million.
