Intruder Armed With Scissors Arrested at Miley Cyrus' Home

Yikes!
An intruder was arrested after he was caught trespassing on Miley Cyrus' L.A. property around 4 a.m. on Saturday morning.
According to reports, the man, Jason Luis Rivera, 40, jumped the fence surrounding Miley's house and told cops he wanted to see her. He also reportedly identified himself as a "friend" and claimed Miley was his wife. So much for keeping his story straight. Even creepier? He was carrying a pair of scissors... and an apple.

Employees at Miley's house had previously told Rivera that the singer was not home, and then called 911 after hearing noises that sounded like he was trying to break through a wall, police said.
Just hours before the intruder was apprehended, the singer-actress Tweeted, "This week has been so positive! 2.5 men, VMAS, new website, confirming a single 4 later this year = life couldn't be sweeter #blissed out."
