IRWIN'S FINAL TAPE DESTROYED

The wife of , who died Sept. 4 in a freak incident with a stingray while filming, has confirmed that the only remaining videotape showing the horrifying incident has been destroyed. Last week, an Australian coroner told reporters his office had given Terri Irwin the sole existing copy of the tape. This week, she confirmed to Access Hollywood that she had gotten rid of it. All footage has been destroyed.
