Fans of Isaac Mizrahi women's line at Target can now turn their dogs into frugal fashionistas as well. 'I make clothes for pets,' said Isaac, who was hosting the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals's Tenth Annual Bergh Ball fundraiser Tails of Time, held in the opulent Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Midtown Manhattan on May 10. 'I make raincoats and ball gowns for dogs ? little taffeta dresses with tulle petticoats,' he told OK!. 'That's my favorite piece for the collection.' Ironically, Isaac's own beloved pooch doesn't get to bask in his owner's four-legged friendly vision. Said Isaac, 'He's a boy and a little to big for some of the pieces.'
