Season three of Jersey Shore is back with our favorite buff, bronzed juiceheads and scantily clad guidettes. And amid all the clubbing, drinking and drama, Samantha “Sweetheart” Giancola, 22, has shed 15 pounds!

As the rest of the crew pile their plates with spaghetti, she passes on pasta and chooses dishes with more protein – no easy feat for a guidette!
“I miss it like crazy, but I don’t eat pasta anymore,” she says. And lightening her carbs has made all the difference!
Sammi has also been toning with light weights at Anytime Fitness – the preferred GTL venue of the Jersey Shore cast – several times a week, paired with lots of cardio.
“I do soccer drills; I jog a lap, then sprint, jog, then sprint again,” she says.
