Whether she’s toting her adopted infant son, Louis, to the store or grabbing a coffee, new mom Sandra Bullock proves that she deserves the title of America’s sweetheart — and she’s a normal, hands-on mother, too!
“She’s just like all the other moms; you wouldn’t even realize it was her if you saw her in the street. She’s really down-to-earth,” says a resident of New Orleans, where Sandra has been spending her time recently, and where Louis was born.

Another local tells OK! that the Oscar winner fits right in with her neighbors: “I’ve seen her at Winn-Dixie a few times. She’s just so nice. She asked if she was in my way as I was reaching for something, and she was super sweet. She’s always really gracious.”
