The Glee actor proposed to his girlfriend of two years, model Renee Puente, on June 27.

Matthew confirmed the news on Twitter after his pals, Elton John and David Furnish, announced it that night at the White Tie and Tiara Ball in London.
Renee is quite the lucky soon-to-be bride! Matthew recently confessed he's totally smitten with her, and he loves showing her just how much. "We are really both into horses. Every new city or place we go, we always try to find a place to go horseback riding," he revealed. "One time in particular, after our horseback riding, we went along this beach in Hawaii. I set up this nice little picnic. We just had a beautiful day surrounded by the things we love: nature and each other."
