As OKMagazine.com reported, the women were adamant Bravo needed to pony up more cash or they would all walk. In season five, Ramona and Countess LuAnn, who have both been on the show since the beginning, each earned a healthy $500,000, plus bonuses. Sonja pulled in $220,000, Aviva $200,000 and Heather rounded out the bottom at $175,000.
