OK! caught up with Conrad (known as L.C. to fans of MTV's hit series The Hills) at her 21st birthday party, held at L.A. club Area. 'My dream is to become a fashion designer,' the reality star tells OK! A student at L.A.'s Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, Conrad will leave the pursuit of Hollywood celebrity to her former Laguna Beach castmates, including Kristin Cavallari and Stephen Colletti ... mostly. Conrad has just been named the new spokesperson for Avon's beauty and fashion brand 'mark,' and she takes the company motto to heart. 'It's all about making your mark, following your dreams and making trends your own,' Conrad gushed of her new gig.
