Well, the entrepreneur didn't have to wait much longer for the grand arrival since she tweeted a birth announcement yesterday!OK! NEWS: IVANKA TRUMP KEEPING BABY'S SEX A SECRET?
Ivanka tweeted, "This morning @jaredkushner and I welcomed a beautiful and healthy little baby girl into the world. We feel incredibly grateful & blessed. Thank you all for your support and well wishes!"
