Jack was diagnosed with MS just two weeks after his girlfriend, Lisa Stelly, gave birth to a baby girl. Soon thereafter he appeared on his mom Sharon Osbourne's show, The Talk, and said, "I'm fine."
Explaining how he briefly lost sight in one eye, he said, "Ultimately that is the toughest thing with this disease that I’m learning: One minute you can be fine, and the next I went blind in my right eye. It’s a completely unpredictable disease.”
