Jaime Pressly Finalizes Divorce

Jaime Pressly is officially a single woman once again! The star of My Name is Earl got her marriage to Simran Singh dissolved yesterday, merely ten months after she filed papers in L.A. citing "irreconcilable differences."

They were married for 16 months before splitting up last December, as noted by RadarOnline. Although they don't have any children together, Jaime has a three year-old son from a former fiance. As for the settlement, the Emmy Award-winning actress must pay an "equalization settlement" of $45,000 to her ex-husband. He'll also keep all of the household furniture, jewelry, clothing, personal effects in his possession, along with a 2007 BMW, bank accounts in his name and the business in his name. He'll also keep a Miami Beach house as part of the settlement. As for Jaime, per the settlement she'll keep all of the household furniture, jewelry, clothing and personal effects, a 2008 Chrysler Town & Country Car, bank accounts in her name, the business in her name, and any "celebrity goodwill" associated with her name. She'll also keep their home in Sherman Oaks, Calif.
