Jake Gyllenhaal was out in L.A. yesterday showing off his cool new buzz cut and a sleek pair of aviators.  The Love and Other Drugs hunk waited for his car from the valet and made his way back home. Jake has been sporting this new 'do for about a week now and we can't help but love it. But really, how could Jake not look super handsome?

PopSugar reports that the shaved head is for a role in Jake's police drama End of Watch where he stars alongside Michael Pena. The two were spotted filming on set in L.A. earlier this month in head-to-toe police attire.

There have been rumors flying around that Jake has been getting close to Olivia Wilde! The two were spotted at the  New Orleans Jazz Festival and bowling with a group of friends in Brooklyn.
