James Blunt Says He's "Playing, Not Singing" at the Royal Wedding

UPDATE: James Blunt was joking when he told a reporter he'd be playing at the upcoming royal wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.That prankster!
James' rep tells E! News that he was just joshing, and that he'll be unable to even be at the wedding, as he'll be on tour in the U.S.

As April 29 grows closer, much speculation has circulated about who will perform at Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding. Now at least one musician has been confirmed — James Blunt! The British singer/songwriter will be playing at the royal ceremony.
"I'm actually playing. I'm not singing, I'm playing the church organ there," James told Italian news channel SkyTG24, via USA Today, during a concert tour stop for the release of his third album Some Kind of Trouble.
James was born in England and before topping the Billboard charts, he was an officer in the British army's Life Guards regiment and served under NATO in Kosovo in 1999.

Prince William and Kate will marry on April 29 at Westminster Abbey in a highly-anticipated ceremony. Elton John and Paul McCartney have also been rumored to be performing at some point during the royal occasion.
