James Franco is flawless no matter what he's wearing, whether it be a peacoat and baseball cap or a finely tailored suit. He showed off both looks yesterday, the be-hatted version on his way in to tape Late Night With David Letterman, choosing to go low-key beforehand and haute afterward. Either way his best accessory was always on — his smile!
