“He became addicted — and I’ve never been a girl who becomes addicted to anything, especially exercise — and I was like, ‘Whoa, I’ll try it,’ ” she tells me. “It is addicting. You do actually get that high that you’re supposed to be getting.”
The 30 Rock star continues, “I didn’t think I’d like the aggression of it. But I love how it’s such an all-body workout. I’ve never been more sore than after the first week I started it. It was crazy. You have to use your mind all the time. You have to think of different patterns and all that. I can’t do the treadmill thing.”
Jane tells me her workout routine also includes yoga and professional dance classes.
