The question everyone's asking is "Who is Jasmine Waltz?" and "Why does her name sound so familiar?" She was thrust into the spotlight when David Arquette announced he'd slept with her while separated from Courtney Cox, but this wasn't Jasmine's first taste of scandal. Jasmine was spotted visiting ex-boyfriend Doug Reinhardt in L.A. on Wednesday and it's because of him that Jasmine first made headlines.
Jasmine garnered national attention this past July when she allegedly punched Lindsay Lohan in the face at the Mean Girls star's own birthday party.

Jasmine, a struggling actress, moonlighted as a waitress at L.A. club Voyeur where LiLo was holding her celebration. Then, as Lindsay so eloquently Tweeted just moments after the incident, "A waitress just hit me - punched me for no reason."
