Jeffrey Sebelia Launches New Line

For the past several years punk rock Project Runway winner Jeffery Sebelia’s been outfitting celebs like Gwen Stefani and Tommy Lee with his edgy couture Cosa Nostra line. This fall, the 37-year-old L.A.-based designer launches his eponymous Jeffrey Sebelia collection — geared toward a younger audience. The line offers fans of Sebelia’s outrageous style the opportunity to cop his look at a fraction of Cosa Nostra’s cost.

The collection of 100 or so pieces is influenced, says Sebelia, by one of his favorite film heroines — Beatrice Dalle from the '80s flick Betty Blue. Dalle’s playful, eclectic look is reflected in the line’s ruffled skirts, baggy blouses and '40s-inspired silk dresses.
Sebelia hopes to see his collection in a range of retail locations in the coming months. Check back next week for an exclusive interview with Jeffrey — only in OK!
