Jen Aniston Takes Action Against Alleged Stalker

Jennifer Aniston has reportedly just issued a restraining order against a man who was arrested for creeping around — with a sharp object and duct tape — outside her Hollywood Hills house last week.
According to the documents obtained by TMZ, Jason Peyton was found on July 15, "laying in wait in a location he believes she frequents with a 'sharp object, a bag, a roll of duct tape and written messages about Aniston."
The alleged stalker was patient in his pursuit to confront Jen, and, according to her lawyer, spent eight days trying to find her. When he was taken into custody, police found carved messages in the paint of his car, which read, "I Love You Jennifer Aniston."
"Peyton is an obsessed, mentally ill and delusional stalker — with a history of violence and criminal stalking — who drove cross-country in his delusional 'mission' to locate and marry Aniston, with whom he believes he is in a relationship," the documents, obtained by TMZ, state.
After being arrested, Peyton, 24, was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold.
The restraining order indicates Peyton must stay 100 yards away from Jen's home, places of work and her cars. Peyton must also stay away from the A-list actress' employees, agents, managers and other reps.
Peyton's obsession for Jen dates back to life in his hometown.

He left a note for his dad on June 25 in Pennsylvania, stating that he was going to California, TMZ reports, and his father knew the motive for the trip was to find Jen, so he warned the cops.
Peyton's violent past includes stabbing himself and hitting his mom with a golf club.
He has been institutionalized before, according to the story, and was ordered to take anti-psychotic drugs, but authorities say he stopped taking them in March.
The allegedly dangerous stalker believes he's related to Oprah Winfrey, Nelson Mandela, Jay-Z, Jennifer Lopez, Courteney Cox, Bill and Melinda Gates, former President H.W. George Bush, former President George W. Bush and Donald Trump.
LAPD's Threat Management Unit is involved in the case, which means the situation is serious.
Jen is currently in London, promoting her new scent, Lolavie, at Harrods.
