NEWSJen Garner's Stalker Arrested Near Violet's School

Jennifer Garner is always spending time with adorable daughters Violet, 3, and Seraphina Affleck, 11 months, whether taking them shopping or playing at a park. The dutiful mom will do anything to protect her family. Last November, Jen obtained a restraining order against stalker Steven Burky. Yesterday Burky was arrested for stalking while violating a court order after he was found near Violet's school, RadarOnline.com reports.
The order issued last November stated that Burky has to stay 100 yards from Jen, husband Ben Affleck, daughter Violet, as well as members of their household, at all times, as well as her home and workplace. Jen was pregnant with Seraphina at the height of Burky's stalking.
"I am currently pregnant and fear for the safety of my second child once born," she wrote in the court documents expressing her worry for husband Ben and daughter Violet as well.

Jennifer said last year that Burky, who has been placed under a 5150 psychiatric hold, had been paying her too much attention since 2002, and had recently become even more of a threat.
"Mr. Burky has been stalking and harassing me," Jen stated in court documents, as well as sending "packages and letters containing delusional and paranoid thoughts and following me around the country…"
Jen said in 2008, Burky’s obsessive and harassing behavior had escalated to the point of becoming dangerous and threatening," showing up at her home and saying "God has sent him a vision of her being persecuted in some manner that may result in her death."
