Jennifer Aniston and boyfriend Justin Theroux seemed to have mastered one of the toughest skills for couples on a recent shopping trip at the Lotus Gallery of Fine Art during their Kauai, Hawaii vacation: compromise!

“He gave his opinions on what they could select and they made decisions together,” sales consultant Katherine Adams tells OK!. “They bought it together. It was their choice together.”

The couple picked up rare Tibetan artifacts before attending the 40th birthday of Christine Taylor-Stiller, who is also a fan of Lotus Gallery. Jennifer came to Lotus Gallery a year ago and bought herself a pair of earrings, but this time she had Justin to keep her company.

“She likes the Indian pieces from India and what she bought this time was a Buddhist artifact – it was a Tibetan bell and dorje,” Katherine says. “(Justin) was very nice and polite and had a good sense of humor. He was very attentive and they’re both very sweet people, realistic and down to earth and not pretentious or any of those things.”

Jennifer and Justin aren’t the only celebs who are fans of Lotus Gallery. Will and Jada Smith came in last week and Christine and Ben Stiller are also fans of Lotus Gallery and have bought presents for Ben’s parents.

“The owners travel the world and find one of a kind pieces,” Katherine says. “It seems to be the hot spot here for people who like unusual gifts. We’re kind of off the beaten path so I think people who come to Kauai want a little privacy and to shop at their leisure and not be around fans who could be distracting.”
