It's official! Jennifer Aniston and her main man Norman are moving to a penthouse in NYC! The A-list actress has reportedly used the name of her corgi-terrier mutt to buy her new pad in the West Village.
Rumors have been running rampant that Jen was gearing up to buy a new home on the East Coast!
Bruce Ehrmannm, a Senior Vice President at Stribling & Associates, served as Jen's broker on the recent purchases, helping America's sweetheart make her big move!
Jen purchased two units on West 12th Street in the West Village, one on the 17th floor and a penthouse above that belonged to celebrity stylist Sally Hershberger.
The price? A bargain of $4.95 million, allegedly knocked down by $950,000 from the original asking price.
The property was listed by Sotheby's Karen Heyman and was bought by Norman's Nest Trust and signed by Bruce Lagnese, Jen's business manager, according to the New York Observer.
