The results are in and Jennifer Aniston's Rachel haircut from Friends is still the most popular hairstyle among women.

Grazia magazine (via Fox News) reports the average woman will change her hairstyle more than 100 times throughout her life.

Andrew Collinge, a British hairdresser, commissioned a survey of 3,000 women and Jen's "Rachel" cut remains the most popular style.

The survey also shows one third of women will change their hair after a breakup and half will change their look out of sheer boredom.

Between the ages of 13 and 65, the average woman will have her hair layered, shortened or colored a minimum of twice a year and most will try out at least three colors.

But instead of changing your hair more frequently, Collinge suggests you follow Jen's footsteps!

"My feeling is that women are changing their looks little and often rather than dramatic changes," he said. "For example, you can add modern texture without altering the length just by adding some layers or by drying and styling differently — think Jennifer Aniston."
